Welcome to Toones

Toones is a music enrichment program organized and taught by professional musicians and music educators. Dedicated to creating a fun, comfortable, safe, and disciplined learning environment.

Toones faculty is fingerprinted to help ensure a safe environment, and have worked within the Redwood City School District (RCSD) and San Mateo County for 13 years cumulatively.

Toones assembles the very best artists and music educators to push the boundaries of multi-discipline, multi-cultural arts programs. This ensures the highest quality educational programs and performances.

Because we believe that the arts are critical and essential to the education of every young person, and that every child should have opportunities to be educated in all of the arts. Such an education should occur both in and out of classroom settings as part of an ongoing learning process for all children as well as adults.

Toones draws upon the expertise of both arts specialists and classroom teachers, and upon the experiences and resources of professional artists and community cultural resources.

We believe that by utilizing all of these resources, individuals as well as schools can achieve their full educational potential.
